It is the purpose of SBCCSDA to advocate constructive means for the improvement and functioning of independent Special Districts within the County of Santa Barbara, and to assist such independent Special Districts and their governing bodies.
Santa Barbara County Chapter of the California Special Districts Association (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all members of the public.
